Excelerated provides a suite of development tools that can be enabled as needed to complement existing tools and processes. Each employee has their own development workspace that can be shared with a manager and/or mentors, and HR staff that contains all their development information in one easy-to-access location.
Excelerated provides a development plan where employees can maintain goals, activities, notes and documents. Plans can be created specifically for a coaching engagement or development program, or can be for the employee’s long-term professional development.
The plan can be shared with coaches, mentors, program administrator or managers, depending on the situation.
Record and track individual development goals. A variety of templates are available for SMART goals, coaching goals, and other situations. Use activities to plan and record meetings and tasks. Link activities to goals for a comprehensive development plan. Add activities to your calendar as a calendar feed so you never miss a development activity. A full change history is maintained of edits and status changes.
Store all your development documents in one place, cleanly organized in folders, with full version history. Employee, manager and HR can create personal and shared folders. Record development notes, and create shared discussions to track critical commitments and decisions.
Employees need to understand what behaviors are critical to their success in their current job, and what areas they need to develop so they are ready for their next challenge.
The Role Profiler helps organizations organize and communicate the responsibilities, challenges, competencies, skills and knowledge critical to success in a role, all in a simple one-page summary.
Employees can view these profiles, and tag their development plans to individual challenges, competencies, skills and knowledge areas for both their current and future roles.
Build an online resource guide of books, articles, videos, development and coaching suggestions linked to competencies, skills and knowledge in the context of a specific role. Resources can be linked to an external learning management system to provide a targeted short-list of important development resources. Employees can link the resources to their development plan, and schedule target completion dates.
